IDS Telcom of Miami, a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier has become the exclusive provider of telephone service for the Centre executive suites.   Because of the buying power of the combined suites, Digital Telephone Lines will be provided to every suite at nearly a 30% savings from Bell South.  This service applies to all executive suites whether or not you subscribe to our telephone system service.  If you currently outsource the extra services that you use, such as memory call, call forwarding or conference calling from the telephone company, you will find that The Centre's telephone system will enable you to eliminate many of these extra features.  You will save money and  be able to reduce the amount of line your office needs while gaining the professional image our receptionists provide. 

Live Operators will personally answer one line unlimited calls Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.   Your calls will be voice announced (beep tone, ring another extension, or message if you are on the telephone) or may be routed directly to your operator after the number of rings that you select. All unanswered calls are given the option of callback, voice mail, e-mail note to your mailbox or a written message will be held for you at the front desk. Automated operator will announce after hours calls. 

• Free call forwarding - calls sent to your cell phone, to your home or to a service (toll charges will apply).
   

• Free three way calling - You and two others can conference call.  Choose from another extension in the office, or yourself and two off-premises parties.
   

• Extra telephone numbers are available for direct line to an extension.   

A free enhanced voice mail box (one per suite), including a universal mailbox  is included for your business and convenience.  

• Universal mailbox acts like an answering machine and more.
   

• Accepts voice messages - like an answering machine.
   

• Accepts faxes - like a fax machine.  This eliminates the need for a dedicated analog fax line.  There is no charge for incoming faxes to mailbox. There is a small charge for hard copy printouts.
   

• You can call in to check your messages, have faxes sent to a printer or to another fax machine anywhere, even hear your e-mail read back to you.
   

• Computer access is available to your universal mailbox for a small additional charge.  This allows a total paperless solution, the ability to read e-mail on screen, save faxes to disk or hear voice mail with a properly equipped computer.  

With the addition of our telephone package, your voice mail box can be your only mailbox.  This universal mailbox will allow voice, fax, and e-mail to be retrieved either by phone or computer anywhere in the world.

Computer Telephony Integration  is the merging of a traditional PBX telephone system with a computer database application.  When a call for a business arrives at The Centre, a database computer screen and a customized greeting is announced to the caller.  Calls are then forwarded to your Executive or Virtual Suite.
